Shawn and Steph Roods - Owners
We are a local family with deep roots in this area. We’ve been married since 1991 and this is our first business venture together. Our goal is to build a successful business while providing an honest, reliable service to all of our customers. We’d like to introduce our son Jase and daughter Jayden.
Seth Roods - Broker
Seth is (obviously) our oldest son. He came to work for us when we purchased the business and is working hard at learning the ropes.
R.J. Lantz - Broker
R.J. is a local family man with a variety of business experience, including the pawn business. He has become like a family member to us and we are truly grateful to have him on our team.

I have a background as a pawn broker specializing in jewelry. Over the course of my career, I have gained extensive experience and knowledge in this field.
Bob Roods - Gun Expert & Specialist
With over 50 years of experience in the gun industry, Bob is undoubtedly our go-to gun specialist. There isn’t a question he can’t answer!
